戸倉上山田温泉の忘新年会キャンペーン
戸倉上山田温泉はこの冬に忘新年会のキャンペーンを実施します。亀清旅館を込めて、全ての宿がお越しになるお客様に抽選権を提供します。宿泊券から東北のお酒、東北の旅行プレゼントまで当たる事が出来ます。
東北応援の事も込めて、地元の皆様が会社やグループのメンバーと、今年こそ一年の御苦労を記念して、温泉で集まって頂きたいです。皆様の貴重な集まりを応援しています!
キャンペーンは12月1日から2月末まで実施します。詳しくはどうぞ、亀清旅館へ問い合わせください。
このキャンペーンの宣伝の為に、旅館の皆さんがいくつかの班に分けて、キャラバンしました。2日に亀清の若女将が他の宿の方と佐久市・小諸市方面を回りました。戸倉上山田の皆が一生懸命!
Kamesei's Family Bath pre-pre-open
亀清旅館の貸切家族風呂は10月末までに完成のうわさ（予定?）でした。何とか、入れる状態にはなりました。お湯をテストで入れてみました。温度調整はまだ途中ですが、気持ち良さそうです。
ただ、露天風呂の周りの庭はあと2週間ぐらいかかります。保健所の許可もこれから申し込みます。
という事で、プレ・プレオープンは目標通り（？）無事にできました。
Rumor had it that Kamesei's private family bath would be finished by the end of October. Or at least that's the date I've been targetting since I started building the bath at the beginning of August.
So, did we meet the target? Well, I went ahead and tested out the bath with onsen water, and everything looks okay. However, the garden is going to take a couple more weeks.
For now, I'm calling it the pre-pre-open!

Stone path starting to take shape.
亀清旅館の貸切家族風呂の工事の一部として、お風呂への通路を作っています。砕石所で購入した飛び石を設置しています。これでお湯をテスト的に入れて、プレオープンに向かって必死です。
Work on Kamesei Ryokan's private family bath is progressing. Right now I am working on the stone path approach to the bath. Then I'll do a test-fill of the bath with onsen water for a Pre-Open.
Fall Colors in Chuo Koen Park
戸倉上山田温泉の周辺の山や、温泉街の中の木がやっと紅葉し始まりました。亀清旅館の裏の中央公園の桜と他の木が黄色・オレンジ色になってきました。
これから我が宿の庭の木も紅葉してきます。そうすると、「100年風呂」の露天風呂が「紅葉見風呂」になります。秋の色を見ながら温泉に入れて、最高!
Fall Colors have finally started to come to Togura Kamiyamada Onsen. The hills around are turning beautiful shades of orange and red, and the trees down here in our town are starting to change color, too. The leaves on the cherry trees in Chuo Koen, the park behind our inn, have turned yellowish-orange.
And the maple trees here in Kamesei's gardens will start to turn color, too. That means our guests will get to enjoy the fall colors as they soak in the onsen water.
亀清旅館の家族風呂工事の通路に飛び石を使う事になっています。千曲川から適当に拾ってくると思ったら、「法律違反だ」と注意されました。あんなに川石が多いのに、少しだけは良いのではないかと思いながら、念のために砕石所から購入する事にしました。（写真は＠砕石所）
これからは通路造り！何とか10月末で仮オープンでも出来る様に必死です。

今回の記念日プランのお客さんは「花のアレンジ」を選んで頂きました。写真はその花です。お母さんのお誕生のお祝いの為。綺麗でしょう?お客様のお母さんが大喜びでした。
実は、二通園さんと話した気掛けでこのプランを作りましたのに、花を選ぶお客様は少ないです。佐良志奈焼きが意外に一番人気です。
写真の通り、綺麗な、喜ばれるような花ですよ。

亀清旅館の客室「松風」を、地元のお蚕さん生産ルーツを記念して、「紬」と言うテーマに少しずつ変えています。その重要な一部は庭。
庭師の岡田さんに庭を作ってくれた時に「お蚕さんを表現する様に」と言うリクエストをしました。それに従って、桑をもちろん、そして繭をイメージする白い花も植えてくれました。
今は白い花の2種類がちょうど咲いています。

楽しいお庭になっています。
Kamesei Ryokan's guestroom "Matsukaze" is being remade around a silk theme in honor of this area's silk manufacturing roots. When our gardener Okada-san made this room's garden last year, we requested he design it around a silk theme. Besides a mulberry plant, he also planted flowers with white blossoms to give an image of silk coccoons.
Right now 2 of those flowers are in bloom:
*Japanese anemone (Anemone japonica)
*Shimobashira (Keiskea japonica Miq.)
Such an entertaining garden.
The new bamboo fence
亀清旅館の家族風呂工事が進んでいます。先日に山からもらってきた竹を組んで、塀を作りました。目隠し用。これでお客様が安心で入って頂けます。10月末が完成目標でしたが、お風呂は間に合うかもしれないけど庭がもう2週間かかりそう。。。
The construction on a family bath here at Kamesei Ryokan is proceeding along. I built a fence with the bamboo I had gotten from the bear mountain. Now guests will be able to bathe in private. We had targetted the end of October as a completion date, but it looks like the garden will take a while longer...
