まぁーずの亀清バージョンの紹介 Kamesei's "Mahz" Special Feature

長野県旅館組合青年部の注目されている「まぁーず」料理のPRサイトに亀清旅館の板長のまぁーず作品が紹介されています。「まぁーずうまい唐揚げ」という一品です。まぁーずというのは、信州味噌と信州酒粕と信州漬物の合わせです。それぞれの宿や地域はそれぞれのレシピーです。詳しくはぜひ、県旅館青年部のHPをご覧になってください。

Nagano Prefecture's Ryokan Junior Association is trying to promote a new seasoning that we dubbed "Mahz". Kamesei Ryokan's Chef Takei created a karaage dish that uses his own unique Mahz sauce, and it is featured on the Ryokan Association's Mahz website. Mahz is a combination of Nagano Miso, Nagano sake "kasu", and Nagano tsukemono pickles, with each inn and region having their own versions. Check out the website for details.
