From this afternoon on, we are going to be extremely busy with the New Years crunch. Even though it's a day early, I don't know when I'll be able to update this blog next, so I'm presenting our 2010 New Years card here and now. Actually, I am crazy-busy with getting them printed and mailed out, so please forgive the abruptness of this message.
The pictures, by the way, are some of the improvements we made during the year, and we have many more planned for next year. 1. Making a wood fence to replace a concrete block one; 2. New garden for one of our guest rooms; 3. New shower pipes with a cedar wood accent for our ladies bath; 4. new silkworm-themed table for a guest room; 5. trying my hand at making Ueda Tsumugi silk tapestry; 6. re-roofing our oldest building.
