As you can tell by the previously mentioned Togura Kamiyamada Eatopedia restaurant guide, our onsen town has a lot of unique eateries. Among them are a plethora of ramen shops. My favorite for tonkotsu ramen is Issei. I like to call the chef the "smooth operator", and his noodle concoctions are sublime.
